Paid couch not received (waiting for 3 months)

I went to the Bloemfontein store on the 28th of Nov 2022, paid for a couch and they said it will be manufactured and delivered within 3 weeks. It has been 3 months and I still have not received our couch. I have been at the shop communicating with the manager multiple times. I am highly disappointed. Do not buy anything from them unless they have the couch on the floor.
