Out of shape couches

I bought a lounge suite from them last year November. After less then a month I noticed that the couches were loosing shape. I reached out to them and they were collected for repairs in December. In less than a week they returned them I noticed that the couches looked worse they had put pieces of foam material to fill them up which made the couches look lumpy. I complained and was told they would be repaired again as soon as the get the proper material to repair them again. My issue then become why did they return if they had not properly repaired them. I asked for a refund and they have completely denied me a refund. I was told that they will return the coaches to me. I am so frustrated with this company.
