**** or bad service?

STILL HORRIFYING SERVICE TILL DATE

After 5 month of waiting for my coaches that I paid full I asked for my refund they told me it will take 30 days, 30 days has passed and still nothing. No communication or anything, they have relocated from the store in New Town mall without even informing me or us even though they know that they have clients waiting for their orders or money back..

Now I went to their website and realized that the same coach I ordered are still being advertised and those that are out of stock are marked. But the once that paid for are even on sale and not marked out of stock

Someone please advise on how to deal with this
