Online sales are a ****

I ordered a couch in November last year, was told it would be 4-6 weeks till I get my order... It's been 3 months and I'm being told I can only get my order mid March. Refund process? Another 30 business days!?

I'm so disgusted by their ignorance and unwillingness to give me my order ; even communication from their side is pathetic, you practically have to beg them for a response.

I would definitely not recommend this business...why the hell am I suffering to get MY money or a product that I paid for

If they no longer wish to operate they should just let the public know and close their doors, but honestly the service is pathetic
