Online Order

Products are great but their process is a little confusing. We placed an order online and nobody got back to us about when we would be receiving it and thank god for one amazing woman in the online department because it seemed nobody else was able to help us figure out where our couch was, whether they had stock or when it might be delivered. It all got sorted in the end and the couch is great and comfortable but their system needs a little work.
