Non delivery, no communication

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for 2 dining chairs. Seems their logistics department is completely separate from everyone, and one cannot contact logistics directly. So I have spent my money, and now I wait. I see below a comment that due to covid the containers are delayed. Then PLEASE COMMUNICATE THIS to your customers. If I ever get my chairs I will not buy from them again.
