Non delivery

I received a very bad service. I paid them full amount in Feb 2022, but even today they couldn't deliver my goods, to make it worse i had to follow up as if they have donated those goods to me, they don't give a feedback about the progress of your order, i even had to use my money to go to them, to make a follow up, really. So i resorted in them refunding me. They said it takes 7 days for a refund, now its more than 14 days. Tltltltlt.
