No service at all, after purchasing a faulty product

I wouldn't recommend that you buy anything from this store, last year March I bought new couches and the quality wasn't very good (1. The material is very flimsy and it's running 2. The cushions are flat already). Last year September I contacted their customer service and they kept promising to assist me, I haven't received any assistance from them since last year September. It's now January 2022 I am still running after this store, they now choose to ignore me. I wish I could attach screenshots of whatsapp messages and emails on this platform to show that what I am saying is not an exaggeration. This is the worst service I have ever received from a retailer.
