No Refund

Good day,

I did a layby of a queen bed in November 2022 at the Clearance Warehouse Africa at the Montana branch. I paid it up in January 2023 and called to confirm that it's paid up so I can arrange for delivery. I was told the beds are currently not in stock and it will take 6 weeks to deliver. I waited for that 6 weeks, then I was told I will be refunded and that it takes 30 days, and I should call back on 15 May, which I did and now the email, ***, calls ***, WhatsApp ***, no one is responding. I don't know if they have ran away with my money, but it has been 4 months now and I still don't have my refund. There is no communication or curtesy to answer the calls or respond to messages.
