No delivery and poor customer service

I bought a couch from them 17th February, was promised delivery after 18 business days. I'm still waiting till today. When I call I get transferred from pillar to post, emails no answer, their whatsapp number no reply it's more than a month and I don't have a couch to sit on when I have already paid them for it. I want to be refunded if I won't be getting what I ordered.
