Never buy from these place. STAY AWAY.

Bought a couch on the 29th December 2020. The couch has hardly been used because i was in hospital for 4 months and most of this year in bed with multiple ankle surgeries. The couch is so flat that when i sit i am sitting on wood. I have brought this to the attention of the Centurion branch where i bought it but getting very little help. Simply put, take this couch away and refund me. The couch is less than a year old so clearly its bad quality. Everytime i mention this i am told the couch is more than a year old so it must be repaired, even after sending them the invoice with the date. Talk about ducking and diving to ***** the customer over. Seems to be your whole business model. I would like some one to sort this out for me or i can take it to the press and expose your expensive bad quality couches to everyone.
