NEVER AGAIN

I purchased a Annecy plasma stand on the 12th of October 2022 till this very date I have not received my stand I have been given a run around they have been saying next friday .. month end ... not thinking that it is now month end then they saying next week friday .. the 081 number says my stand has arrived but they are waiting for a truck so that they can deliver it to Newtown .. the 066 number knows nothing about what 081 is saying . I'm being told about the Manager from Warehouse nit being available and I asked does that mean there are nonsecond in charge if tge manager is not there production stops? It was easy for me to buy but getting what I worked hard for is now difficult .. J went to their refunds team till thia very day they have not rep**** to me and when you call their lines it always says you are caller number 1 but there won't be anyone attending to you till airtime runs out . They went as far as blocking me from their Facebook page because they do not wang to be exposed and I have been asking for management contact details still they refuse to provide thise details . Ialsked them why can't they use a bakkie to transport mg stand because from Pretoria to Jhb is less than an hour .. still no reponse . I do regret buying from this company
