Mos horrific customer service and ********

I purchased a lounge suite cash from this entity, till date 08.11.2022 I have not received my goods. Customer service is beyond pathetic, I am constantly calling and following up, it goes from one week to the other. I have even tried to contact their head office but to no avail. They are a bunch of ********, don't buy from them. They take your money but fail to deliver any goods!
