Money back for couches.

Hellopeter I bought some couches (321) at Clearance Warehouse Montana Pretoria in 2021 February. Bought them cash. They delivered them September of 2021. Yhoo i was so happy when they called me and said they were on their way to deliver. Not knowing that our fight was far from over. They brought broken couches daybed cushion didn't fit in they took them back even today 2023 02 01 they never deliver my couches. I went to Midrand its their headquarters 2022 I think it was September they said they don't have stock bcz Transnet employees were on strike especially in Cape Town where they are getting the material from. One of the managers there by the name of Shiela promised to call me indeed after a week she called me and promised to deliver my couches end of October. October month passed i called them she was no longer willing to answer my calls. I call her on her cellphone as she gave me her personal contact. She didn't answer even that one. I called a land line was answered by her colleague male colleague and he said they will never deliver that i told him i need my money back he said they will never give me anything. Indeed even today i never get my money back they never delivered what i bought from them. I do have a receipt or invoice with me. Their service is rotten shame. I will really appreciate assistance to get my money back.
