****mers & ****s - I Will Burn Their Shop Down

On February 1st 2023 I started a layby account with Clearance Warehouse for the Berridale Couch, my first instalment for the month was R3320.00 and for the second month, I paid the remainder of what was owed of R6640.00.

I inquired about the delivery date and I was advised by Trecia at Clearance Warehouse that it takes 25 working days to manufacture and then it will be delivered. During this time I was not advised by any staff at Clearance Warehouse that the product I purchased was discontinued and that the business is under your supervision.

5 weeks later, yesterday I called to follow up and experienced terrible service being transferred from one person to another and also had many unanswered and hung-up calls, we finally got through and spoke to Crosby. Crosby did not help as all he did was tell us the business is under the supervision and that the product is discontinued and also could not guarantee us that we will get a refund. All he did was ask for a bank confirmation letter.

We are now being given the run around for our money.

The promise I make is I will burn them down.
