Lounge Suite Order

So I ordered a lounge suite from Clearance Warehouse. Was really easy to order online. Although they had no stock and I had to wait 4 weeks which was really long. Also, they didn't really update me without me having to contact them. Once the lounge suite eventually got delivered. Theen who delivered it was not friendly at all and said I had to pay them to deliver it, because I lived on the second floor. Although nobody contacted me regarding this delivery fee or saying I need to pay them specifically. They weren't happy at all. Lastly, they broke off a piece of my wall when moving the lounge and they broke two light I had. Which I now need to go get fixed, as I am renting. So overall I'm not really happy.
