Lounge suite dispute

My name is Khanyisile Mthembu ,I bought a lounge suite on the 1st of August 2022 was promised the delivery will take effect on the 25th August today is the 7th of October I have not received my sofas nor my money back they send me from pillar to post the store manager in Boksburg Louise promised to follow it up now he has disappeared please help I need my money back,I am no longer interested in their services they are ******
