Long outstanding Refund and Lack of communication

I made a purchase via layby at Clearance warehouse Montana and i was told that the couches were out of stock and they would not be getting anymore stock. They refused to give me an alternative product of the same value stating that the business is under business rescue.

No one bothers to communicate with me as i always have to call them. their customer care number is never answered. I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with them
