Lay-bye refund

I cancelled the lay-bye that I made with Clearance warehouse Newtown branch on the 10th December, I was advised about 15% penalty fee which I do not have a problem with. I have been doing a follow up no assistance whatsoever.

I was told that it's going to take 5 to 7 days for me to get a refund. The treatment that I am getting is unacceptable, I have been calling, sending whatsApp massages all am getting is empty promises, it's really annoying because all they are interested in is money coming in, they don't care about their clients.

I will be paying 15% but getting my money back is such a struggle, I actually thought this is a big company but unfortunately I was wrong such ****ners.
