Lay-by worst service ever

I have received a worst service ever from Clearance Warehouse montana,I laid bye some couches when I was going to pay for the last instalment,I was told that the couches ae no longer available they will give me a refund,I have been waiting for my refund,I was just told now that it will take 30 days,I was so inconvenienced to the core. First no communication was made,I was expecting my couches in July,second I have to wait again for my own money.
