I bought couches at clearance warehouse africa in 2020, upon delivery I realized that the 3 seater couch is damaged, I reported the couch immediately, they could only replace after lock down, I later complained and was contacted by multiple people and eventually spoke to the customer care manager who resolved my case and advised that the range of couches were bad quality from manufacture and granted me the right to choose ather couches to the value of my couches, I chose couches that were R3000 more and asked for more time to gather the fund's. When I went back to pay the extra amount and get the new couches I was told that they don't know anything about my case and the customer care manager left, the current customer care manager declined my case. I'm sitting with 2 couches, the 3 seater was taken for repairs, they are unprofessional and ***********, hate the day I stepped in their store.
