*********** staff, dishonest. The staff, Kelebogile and Guy Mahlo have no clue what customer service is. They will ignore your messages and calls. I had to call into the centurion branch and Pretoria Branch to get assistance and tracking of my furniture. I had asked Kelebogile for a picture of dents and scratches, her response was that it had none. Well, guess what ? I get sofas that were damaged on the recline, scratches all over!! This was my first purchase with them and for such a big purchase, I will probably never use this warehouse again. Their business is based on lying to their customers. It’s really shocking that people can get away with such!
