I bought furniture at newtown juction branch and they told me that they dont have stock so they ordered from their warehouse in midrand ... i went to get the furniture myself as iam living outside of Gauteng , when i got home i saw that the L-Shaped couch that i had bought has two left sides , i quickly contacted the lady who helped me and she transfered me to customer services ... thats when my nightmare started .. They promised to get my issue resolved but nothing has happened , they are using a cellphone for their customer careline so everytime i call they screen my number and ignore it ... i told them i want a refund and return the circus of couches i got but they went mute on me... worst service ever...
