I’M LOSING MONEY FOR EVERY DAY I DON’T HAVE A COUCH - 4 WEEKS IN

Absolutely appalling service. I ordered a lousy couch, for which they committed to a 14-day delivery. It’s been 4 weeks now and they still cannot give me a delivery date. The call centre has one line - we are checking and we will call you back. I’M RUNNING AN AIRBNB AND AM LOSING MONEY FOR EACH DAY I DON’T HAVE A COUCH! I should have known when Given (the sales guy) was too eager to give me his number “in case of delays”. His phone is always off. This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. It’s not like it’s a bespoke couch with Italian leather that needs to be imported. It’s a lousy couch but this company cannot even manage that. I’m definitely not buying from them again.
