I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a couch 4 weeks later i follow up and I am told its been discontinued, I then ask for a refund and I still have no refund. Why was i not told when i ordered the couch that its been discontinued? why must i run after you for my money? The Donald guy in the store is not even willing to help, he referred me to head office which i can't get a hold of? I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!
