I want my Money Back!!

Worst service ever, I had paid for a couch in July 2022, I was told 4 weeks lead time. the expected delivery time came, no one contacted me to inform me of delays, if I don't call or send messages no one bothers to contact me. this had been going on for the past several months, and with each phone call I made, the promise will be delivered will be next Monday. I have asked for my refund. even if that is not coming through, I have waited now 30 days, and I was told 14 days. I just want my money please and I promise I will never buy anything from this company that is full of dishonest people
