I have never been this disgusted in my life by a manager that has no respect for another human being and tells another adult to shut up as if Bernadette is my mother . I feel sorry for future customers that will be making complaints as Bernadette is a manager by profession but has no managerial skills.
I received a call from Bernadette the manager from CWA centurion, she called to insult me and to tell me to shut up without hearing the side of my story.
So here's the story i purchased couches which were made of poor quality they started following apart as soon as i used them, i bought it to their attention and they indeed arranged for another replacement., my mistake was to send back the couches with stains which i have spoken to Ellen the customer care manager to let her know that i do take accountability for the stains, however Ellen advised that rather they come collect the items couches and then refund back my money, i have never been this happier as i will never ever have to deal with CWA ever again.

13 Oct 2021, 08:43Please refrain from very false accusation and refrain from bringing the company in disrepute! As stated before you purchased your items in July 2020. You lodged a complaint 20 September 2021 ,the next day contact was made and processes followed. Even though it was out of warranty we exchanged your items for you with brand new items. You stated you have only used it for two weeks as it was in storage from July until 2 weeks before you made contact. Please see pictures attached, clearly evident that this furniture was completely abused. Absolute dishonesty for personal gain.
