I have purchased a headboard in 2020 ran numerous follow ups being told that its out of stock, now recently I decided to go to the store at Boksburg to go check what's the delay and hold up, manager Louis was calm assured me of getting my issue sorted made a cable of calls and located the headboard told me it will be ready in the cause of the week that was on the 29th of March till to date no communication or clarity. Am using my resources to follow up used my petrol and time to go check and clearance warehouse is not assisting at all. Very much disappointed with the client experience am sure I'll never get this resolved
