I had to cancel an order when the item I wanted was sold out. I was assisted by Devonia. She tried to help me find an alternate item and when I decided on a refund instead she explained the process and was helpful in communicating professionally until my refund was completed. When I go back to buy any other item, it will really be because of her assistance.
