I feel like CRYING!

I am absolutely shocked at what a **** this company is!!!! I ordered a couch online, call to find out how long delivery will take...they say 4 to 6 weeks because it is sold out. BUT NOWHERE ON THE WEBSITE DOES IT SAY IT IS SOLD OUT. If It said SOLD OUT I would've never decided to pay for it. So I asked for a refund and was told to wait 30 business days! 30 BUSINESS DAYS is 2 months! Plus they will deduct a cancellation fee! I am absolutely frustrated and shocked at how they treat their customers. So i'm stuck either waiting for 2 months for couches or waiting 2 months for a refund. But for the next 2 months I will have to suffer without my couch or money! Can't even go purchase at another store but Clearance Warehouse has my money!
