HORRIBLE SERVICE! Still awaiting for delivery date of my paid up couches !!

I have paid up all the amount on the layby agreements. 4 weeks later I am still not called or given update of my order. I have called every day and no one is able to give me some sort of direction or time frame of my delivery or if these couches has been done or not. Newtown Junction salesman Pietros is unprofessional and does not keep to his promises of calling me back. To date I dont know what is going on.
