Horrible service at the Pretoria Brunch

Horrible service. I bought furniture last year and there were factory faults. I have been complaining about it and no one seems to be bothered from the floor person to manager to customer service department. I am still unable to fully use the furniture and the Pretoria brunch doesnt seem to care.. this is really unacceptable and bad customer service.. would not advice anyone to buy anything from there.
