Horrible service

I don’t even know where to start with the kind of service I received from this company. I ordered a lounge suite and 4 pedestals. I had to keep asking when the furniture will be at warehouse so that I organise transport. Eventually when they arrived but without the pedestals. Nobody bothered to tell me why until I called to find out only to be told they are damaged n I’ll get refund. Now I’m waiting without any feedback for a refund. You call these people and you’re told they will call someone else n you wait forever NO feedback, nothing. Never again!!!!!!!!!
