Horrible Customer Experience

I'm very disappointed with the service I received from the Centurion branch, It's been over two weeks since I paid off my lay buy but I haven't received my items. I called to follow up, they promised to call back but that never happened. Now they are not picking up when I try to call. This is truly a horrible customer experience
