HIT AND RUN DRAG ALONGS (Clearance warehouse)

I purchased a Marino lounge suite in January of this year at The Springfield park clearance warehouse branch they did not have stock so I was told it would take 18 days to make up....and so it was I received my lounge suite in the last week of January 5 days later I noticed the couches tearing So I contacted the head office and lodged a complaint with them....I was told I would recieve new couches as soon as there is stock available....they asked me for my invoice no and pictures of the torn couch and pictures of how I had my couches set up in my lounge area....all of which I did Weeks went by I was not contacted by anyone I called again and queried and it was as if I never lodged a complaint I was given 10 different stories by 10 different people I even called the Springfield park branch and laid a complaint with them I was told the matter would be tended to About two months ago still no feedback no contact from the store or head office I called to query the status on my complaint this time I was told that the fabric on my couches is imported and they are having a problem getting the fabric due to covid but they assured me as soon as the fabric arrives my couch Will be made up and delivered....with all the crazy going on in the world the story seemed some what sensible and I accepted this Last week I was searching the net and I came across clearance warehouse web page and there it was the Marino lounge suite that I bought... for sale right now in these present hours So I gave the store a call pretending to be an interested buyer wanting to buy this couch they told me the couch could be made up for me in 18days....NO FABRIC STORY!!!! I called head office done the same thing pretended to be an interested customer in the Marino lounge suite same story they had no stock but could make it up for me I eventually told them who I was and that them selling the couch they claim they don't have material for ....for the one I need replacing is legal matter to look into the lady told me that my couches arrived yesterday and is at the warehouse she's just going to confirm the colour of my couch and will call me back in 15min.....it's going on 11 hours no call no message no response The pathetic thing about this situation I took the couches on HP they are debiting their monies faithfully each month while I'm sitting with tattered and torn couches which clearly is getting worse each day AS WE SIT ON IT...this place looking at the reviews... NOW... seems to be a place where you clearly throwing your hard earned money down the drain No professionalism AT ALL....I've met street vendors who are more courteous and professional than these guys
