Headboards

On the 21/07/2021 I bought 2 velvet Grey headboards from, I paid R3590.00, this is including R250.00 transportation, I was then promised the products will be delivered to me in 5 days,

Last week Wednesday 28/07/2021 I sent a whatsapp to Zoe (the employee/sales man of the company) who then told me that the goods were going to be delivered to me this past Monday 02/08/2021 and on Monday I sent her whatsapp messages to which she never rep****, I then contacted the company and I was referred to the manager Veloshni, Very rude and if you ask me she should not even be working with people because she is ill mannered and has no patience, Veloshni told me that my products were being manufactured and maybe I will get them today,

In the morning I sent an email to *** and when I called in to follow up on that email I again spoke with Veloshni who dismissed me saying that I have send my query to complaints and that they will handle it for me going forward, I was transferred to complaints being *** where I spoke with Sharon, Sharon Advised that she is going to get her manager to resolve my query and will calm me after ten minutes but even now I am still waiting for their call, when I call Sharon on ***,

If these people can not give me my products which I paid for they should just refund me and as for Veloshni should certainly be fired, this is one company I would never buy from again and would never ever recommend,
