Haphazard customer service

I was hoping I could give them a higher rating but my current experience has been far from ideal. After ordering 2 wingbacks the service was quick and got what I ordered. But one of the wingbacks had an issue and I am still waiting for this to be resolved. There is never one person who has all the information about the issue.
