Thank you for good service Buntu from customer care. I bought a couch and when it was delivered, which was the following day, the guys said it would not fit through my door so they had to take it back to the warehouse. I spoke to Buntu from customer service to assist me with the refund, he handled everything so well and with high priority. As soon as I sent all the required documents, my refund was paid within a week.
