Fed up!

Update on review from the 20th of February 2023, see review below. My money has still not been paid out after waiting yet another month. After continuously phoning the Bloemfontein Branch on updates, I was finally given an email for Crosby at Custom Care, who told me the first week in March my money will be paid out the 16th of March. The 16th rolled around & no refund, I emailed her to ask why the money has not been paid out & her answer was, that my query is being handled by the Finance Department & will be paid out as soon as possible. I proceeded to phone Customer Care to ask why there is a hold up & to speak to a manager, the lady on the phone could not provide me with an answer other than what the email said & the managers were all conveniently unavailable. Clearance Warehouse lie about their dealings & they can never supply you with an answer, they are an absolute **** & I urge everyone to stay away from them, since you neither receive the product you ordered or your money back.

I ordered & paid for a set of six chairs on the 25th of October 2022. After about three weeks we phoned Clearance Warehouse on the ware bouts of our chairs, no one could answer us at the branch. Till mid of December this went on, were we phoned on a weekly without any success & no help. We eventually went into the branch to get the problem solved, since we were moving the next week & needed the chairs ordered nearly two months ago. After waiting at the branch for nearly an hour it turned out that our chairs were never even made. We requested a refund that same day & we are still waiting for the money, it is yet again two months. The same story is also happing were no one can answer us about what the hold up is & when our money will be paid back. I will never support Clearance Warehouse again, they're service is appalling.
