Failure to get a fully paid couch set I purchased

Soo disappointed with the service or lack thereof from the Montana branch...I paid for a Chicago 321 couch set on layby starting in November 2022 and finished payment in February 2023..to date they have failed to deliver...communication is zero....refund futile as company is now under business rescue!!! Proposed I take a couch of equivalent value and they have since refused.
