Exchange experience

My experience at clearance warehouse was somewhat equivocal, I initially had order two identical couches but once received they had slight differences, I called Buntu who was extremely helpful and he had them allocated Sharon to assist with my exchange, this is when the experience had turned frustrating as I struggled to get ahold of her, she became unresponsive at times and would not get back to me with information when asked. I then escalated it back to Buntu who assigned Zelda to assist. This is when things got better and the exchanged happened smoothly . Thank you Buntu and Zelda.
