Excellent Service received

I received an excellent service from Valdine Theunisen. i had a lay bye in November 2020 and i paid up the lay bye end of January 2021 however when i call the lay bye department i was told by lay bye was not yet captured on the system. i sent all the proof of payments then i was referred to finance department where i was liaising with Valdine Theunisen. She made sure that all my lay bye was captured and all my payment were updated on their system within one day. She went an extra miles to ensure that i was kept updated with regards to their stock availability and any changes with regards to my lay bye. she also went extra mile to send me pictures of available stock to choose from since the product i lay bye was out of stock.

She made sure that within the period of 3 days my product was delivered to me and she since i have chosen something less than the initial order - she went extra mile to push to ensure that i get my refund fund.

i am very thrilled with her high level of customer service- every question i would ask her-she ensures to reply with full information within a short period of time- This is what we call customer obsession- shes very obsessed to ensure that customers are happy and less frustrated.
