Excellent service by Clearance Warehouse Bomsburg

Awesome service by Louis, the Manager, and his team at Clearance Warehouse in Boksburg. Not previously having bought online from Clearance Warehouse, I was not sure if the business was legit. I phoned and was put through to the manager, Louis. He understood my concern & when I asked if we can do a video call so that he can show me the couch that I wanted to buy, he was immediately open to it. He phoned me back on a video call, showed me the store, the staff working there, the furniture in stock & then walked to the couch that I wanted to buy. He showed me that the item existed & walked around it with his video on to show me the condition of the couch.

It was exactly what I wanted and arranged for payment. He said he would arrange for delivery by Sunday (it was Thursday then) which I said would be fine. Once I sent Proof of Payment, he informed me that he managed to arrange delivery for the next day (Friday).

The logistics department phoned on Thursday afternoon to confirm my delivery address.

My couch arrived promptly mid-morning on Friday.
