Hi sir I am Samuel wessels working at the Defence force. I was searching for a recliner sofa in Pretoria a month ago. Eventualy I ended up at your warehouse in Centurion. I was assisted by one of your employees with the name of Luke. From day one Luke was with me on this deal. I only bought the recliners this week Tuesday, however luje gave me his whatsapp numbers and kept me posted with all your sales. A service I have never expierienced anywhere. He never lost his cool even when i changed my mind of what i was looking for and believe me i changed my mind a lot. Sometimes I even iritated myself. But your man Luke kept on giving me what i want. I pushed hard for discounts. He delivered. He promised that my sofas will be with mme by friday and it happend. After I payed on Tuesday Luked kept on beeing in contact with me. Up untill the very end. Please give that man a bells. I dont know how you keep the moral of your salesmen high but please sir even if it is just a word of mouth from your HQ I will be happy. Thats one hec of a salesmen you have. #luke for store manager.
