Empty promises. Worst warehouse ever

I bought a Chicago 321 lounge suite an 16 September 2022. I phoned through to your newtown branch on various occasions. Everytime with a different excuse. I was assured that my lounge suite will he delivered Yoda, yet when I phoned another story..... now they looking for my invoice number. This is foresure the worst place to buy anything from as they make empty promises all the time. When can I expect delivery of my lounge suite???
