Ellen is super awesome and a staff member to keep, Excellent service from her side CLEA

Ellen at Customer Care is one awesome person. CENTURION branch promised delivery as per invoice within 7 days - it did not happen Malcom as branch manager did not bother to phone back i had to phone 3 times - he is rude and told me he is busy with other priorities, when i eventually got hold of him , so as a customer I AM not important ... but then spoke to Ellen and she is super professional .. she looked into our delivery yet to arrive and she sorted it ....we are not 100% happy with lounge suite though - 3 seater have a hole in the back which is not a natural defect -and then there is small cuts on the 3 seater and 2 seater - Ellen followed up yesterday as we got our lounge suite on monday - i informed her that i am not completely satisfied - she offered to exchange So she really goes the extra mile for the company and is a keeper Regarding the delivery staff , they did not wear masks at all or santize before coming into my home putting my family at risk which i am not happy about
