Double deduction from Clearance Warehouse Africa, Randburg.

On the 26th of March 2021 i bought a lounge suite at Clearance warehouse Africa in Randburg for R18950, I swiped two cards for payment. I swiped R10000 and R8950 respectively. On the card that I i swiped R8950 the first swipe didn't go through (due to network) and i got a reversal slip. Then I swiped again and it went through. I wanted to use my card later only to discover that there were not enough funds. I went to the bank and they said that both swipes went through. The bank reversed the one payment. On the 28th they deducted the money again. I went to the bank and they advised me to go to the store which I did. At the store they are not interested in helping me or refunding my money.
