DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CLEARANCE WAREHOUSE AFRICA!!!!!!

I wish I could give you 0 stars but thats not an option. Clearance warehouse africa are a bunch of *********** people who clearly do not know what the words feedback, follow up or 18 to 21 day delivery means. They cannot even rectify their mistakes properly.

I had purchased a lounge set in mid November 2021, til date I have not received it. My invoice was asked to be changed and I had to follow up and beg them to change it and get it sent to me for two weeks. When i finally received it after being a pest, the amended invoice was not processed and old one was not discarded, resulting in the wrong product being delivered. When management was notified by their logistics team the new invoice was processed.

I have called countless times, spoke to everyone from the staff to the manager of the Springfield store to customer service and no one could help because they are all clueless..

I then posted on their Facebook wall and sent screen shots of hellopeter reviews to their posts resulting in me getting blocked and customer service contacting me only to tell me the same things they've been telling me all along 😆

I hope and pray that some people have seen those posts and decided NOT to opt for Clearance warehouse africa because it's not worth it, service is honestly ***.

P.S - Clearance warehouse africa I will continue to be a pest until I receive what I ordered. So please deliver..you guys promised this week..unless you want another Facebook **** show on your hands 🙃
