DISTUSTING SERVICE EVER!!!

I am kind of disturbed, i saw a similar complain as mine, so i bought couches cash on the 4th of June 2022, i was told it will be delivered in weeks, forgot how many weeks, months passed by, i was the one who had to make countless phone calls to be updated. Around September i forced them to loan me couches since i did not have couches. After loaning me, then they relaxed, no communication, nothing whatsoever. The next thing I'm told my couches are ready but still with the supplier in Durban, they will be delivered in a weeks time, again weeks passed by without feedback. Then i had to choose a different set, they took their time before they could deliver it, which was lesser than the initial ones, i have to be refunded close to R13000, i havent been refunded since October. They are giving me the run around, its December already, i have been fighting since July 2022. I want my money. Disgusting service ever.
