Dishonest and ********* service

We bought a lounge suite from Clearance Warehouse in Midrand in July 2022. Upon purchase we were told that the order will take approximately 6 weeks. We have been make numerous follow ups with the warehouse and to date we have received no conclusive update. The staff are rude. They hang up after we hold on for over 30minutes when we call back we are told that their lines are bad.

I have asked for a refund and they told me it will be 10% from my total purchase which is R4800 since we paid R48000 in cash.

Today I called and spoke to a lady by the name of Via who said she was going to check for me. She took my number and just hung up. I feel so frustrated. I don't even want the lounge suite anymore. I just feel ****** and just want my money back. Please be careful before you order from these people. They are a bunch of ********. You don't get through to them and when you do they don't give you direct answers. They only repeat that they will check and revert back.
